Leth blogs with Danish literature's enfant terrible, Lars Bukdahl

Currently an extensive online correspondence is taking place between Jørgen Leth and literary critic and poet Lars Bukdahl. On the 24th of March, Bukdahl publishes a blog post called "Tre nutidige bemærkninger til Jørgen Leth anno 1967" in which Bukdahl updates a couple of Leth's classic poems from the 1960s. Bukdahl continues by revitalizing a known review from Danish newspaper Information of Leth's poetry collection, 'Sportsdigte'. Leth reads the blog posts and finds them rather amusing. So far, this has resolved in three different blog contributions from Leth on Bukdahl's thread of blog posts. To follow their mutual blogging, please visit Lars Bukdahl's blog (Danish).

MoMA masterclass now online

In November 2010, Jørgen Leth held a masterclass about the grand old cinematic master, Godard. The masterclass took place at one of the world's most prestigious museums: MoMA, the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. MoMa is famous for its comprehensive collections of modern art, including the ownership of more that 22.000 films and over four million film stills. And now, excerpts of Leth's masterclass have been published online. To read more about the masterclass and see parts of it captured on video, please visit www.strasberg.com
